Leads data operations professionals supporting an overhead imagery processing program. Oversees the preprocessing pipeline from satellite data acquisition through ingestion and storage, manages technical projects and teams, maintains government customer relationships, and ensures complex data pipelines operate reliably at scale. Requires experience with quantitative analysis, ETL, SQL/NoSQL databases, geospatial datasets, cloud architectures, and active TS/SCI clearance.

Build and maintain backend data architecture and operational pipelines for a secure geospatial imagery program. Develop, monitor, and sustain data movement across security domains, platforms, systems, formats, and interfaces. Manage cloud-based SQL and NoSQL databases, use APIs for data exchange, and develop pipelines with Python, JavaScript, or Java. Communicate technical architecture to engineering teams and government customers. Preferred experience includes ATO processes, NPE certificate management, SAFe, and pipeline health visualization.

Analyze complex geospatial datasets using statistical methods, maintain clean and compliant data holdings, build lightweight pipeline-tracking tools, and create visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences. The role supports a geospatial imagery program and requires active TS/SCI clearance, coding proficiency, and experience communicating analytical insights.
