Responsibilities include venue and vendor management, budget planning, invoicing, speaker preparation, agenda and content development, technical rehearsals, Cvent event configuration, attendee experience, performance analysis, stakeholder alignment, and event strategy. The role also maintains event databases and calendars, coordinates cross-functional teams, and drives high-quality execution of large-scale corporate events.
