Plans and controls marine and coastal engineering and construction projects by developing schedules, budgets, work breakdown structures, resource plans, cost-loaded schedules, and critical-path analyses. Reviews interdisciplinary work sequences, monitors schedule deviations, coordinates with contractors and suppliers, verifies invoices, prepares schedule commentary and critical-item reports, and recommends corrective actions. The role may also include project management, business development, mentoring, and technical communication responsibilities.

Supports EMEA HR operations across the UK and Ireland, including onboarding, employee records, employee relations, benefits, compensation, compliance, recruitment coordination, training support, payroll partnership, and HR reporting. Provides day-to-day guidance to managers and employees, monitors employment-law developments, supports engagement and retention, and serves as a key operational partner to regional HR leadership. The role requires strong organisation, communication, confidentiality, and occasional travel.

Leads hydrogeology and contaminated land consulting projects, including site investigations, groundwater assessment, remediation design, field testing, modeling, risk assessments, and technical reporting. Manages project budgets, schedules, contractors, remediation operations, and client relationships while supporting business development. Directs fieldwork, pilot and treatability studies, and regulatory engagement. Provides training and mentoring to junior staff and helps expand the firm's site investigation and remediation practice.
