Senior-facing investor relations role leading LP coverage, fundraising strategy, and capital formation operations. Support strategic investment syndication, coordinate diligence, prepare materials for senior leadership, mentor junior staff, and travel globally to manage LP relationships and co-invest opportunities.

Support development of LLM agents, RAG pipelines, and fine‑tuned models. Contribute to portfolio projects, run experiments and ablations, prepare technical documentation and demos, assist discovery workshops, and help implement evaluation and governance pipelines.

Support Georgian's Capital Formation team by managing fundraising materials (VDRs, PPMs, DDQs, ODDs), owning LP pipeline and CRM workflows, coordinating due diligence and investor communications, conducting investor research and roadshow prep, leveraging AI tools for process efficiency, and supporting portfolio reporting and occasional co-invest syndication. Role includes global travel and aims to develop into an LP coverage position.

Hands-on senior accounting role supporting manager and fund operations: reporting and integration for strategic investments, audit and internal controls development, month/quarter/year-end close, budgeting, NAV oversight, accounts payable, cash management, credit facility reporting, and ad hoc operational improvements.
