Part-time Custodians perform routine cleaning and housekeeping throughout the Savannah Convention Center, including floors, restrooms, offices, stairwells, elevators, loading docks, and public areas. Responsibilities include vacuuming and shampooing carpets, maintaining cleaning equipment and storage rooms, replenishing supplies, assisting with grounds upkeep, and occasionally supervising other custodians. The role requires dependable customer service, physical stamina, flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.

Lead and supervise set-up attendants for events, train and counsel staff, operate and inspect set-up equipment, complete shift reports, maintain storage and equipment, and ensure high customer service and safety standards during event operations.
