Serve as primary family contact to consult on household staffing needs, source and present candidate profiles, coordinate interviews and placements, manage CRM-driven candidate pipelines, and provide five-star client relationship management through post-placement follow-up.

Provide attentive, nurturing after-school care for two girls (ages 6 and 4): prepare snacks/meals, do children nd household light tasks (laundry, dishes, tidying, vacuuming), run errands as needed, support emotional development, set loving boundaries, and occasionally cover date-night evenings. Must be comfortable swimming.
