Prepare federal and state income tax returns, payroll tax filings, ASC 740 workpapers, fixed asset tax records, reconciliations, QuickBooks financials, tax research, notices, and support tax planning and projects across company entities.

Provide administrative HR support including maintaining HRIS and personnel files, preparing reports, managing review notifications, monitoring INS/E-Verify expirations, assisting with interviews and reference checks, and serving as a daily point of contact for employees, applicants, and supervisors.
