Lead global specification and NPI efforts by engaging EPCs, engineering design firms, sales, and operations. Identify market product gaps using data, manage projects to align with product roadmap, support specials and engineered solutions, and drive front-end operational improvements to enhance customer experience.

Develop mechanical and plumbing design and construction documents—primarily fire sprinkler systems—using Revit/AutoCAD/LoopCad and BIM. Perform pipe routing, calculations, material lists, technical documentation, and support project setup under senior guidance while meeting quality standards and deadlines.

Assist extruder operators with material feeding, equipment monitoring, basic cleaning and maintenance, inspect output for defects, follow safety procedures, and report issues to supervisors to support continuous production.
