Develops and executes integrated engagement marketing campaigns across portfolio, residential, channel, and business-unit initiatives. Creates project briefs, coordinates cross-functional teams and vendors, develops messaging and layouts, and manages content calendars across SEO, paid search, social, email, digital, and offline channels. Writes and edits content, supports SEO execution, and tracks organic traffic, rankings, engagement, and content pipeline metrics to produce performance reports and inform strategy.

Supervises general accounting, accounts payable, cash application, tax reporting, audits, and internal controls. Oversees month-end close, general ledger accuracy, reconciliations, financial reporting, sales and use tax filings, and audit support. Manages accounting staff through coaching, development, reviews, and recruiting while ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance, timely deadlines, accurate records, and continuous process improvements.
