Requires practical GPR experience, technical support or product training experience, strong presentation and problem-solving skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and 25%–50% travel.

Leads revenue growth and commercial performance across Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. Develops territory strategies, manages distributors, resellers, and strategic accounts, maintains Salesforce forecasts, conducts business reviews, and supports product launches and customer engagement. Builds regional capabilities by recruiting, coaching, and mentoring employees and technical resources. Represents the company at industry events and communicates customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends to global teams. Travel within the territory may reach 50%.

Manages the electrical engineering department and leads hardware and electronics development from concept through production. Oversees personnel, budgets, schedules, contractors, technical decisions, product roadmaps, documentation, manufacturing readiness, and cross-functional collaboration. Provides hands-on engineering support, establishes development processes, mentors employees, manages suppliers and procurement coordination, and contributes to product innovation and patent opportunities.
