Lead workforce development and software implementation projects for state and regional clients. Create and manage project plans, milestones, resources, risks, releases, requirements, testing, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate engineers, QA, vendors, clients, and subject matter experts while managing client expectations, support issues, training, and deliverables. The role requires workforce development or unemployment compensation knowledge, technical understanding of software and databases, strong leadership, and daily onsite work in Palm Harbor, Florida.

Supports audits, risk assessments, compliance monitoring, policy development, remediation planning, and security documentation. Coordinates audit evidence and certification activities, tracks regulatory changes, manages third-party security services and vendors, and helps implement security systems and controls. Assists the CISO and GRC team lead while training staff on security best practices and policy requirements.
