Teams at Geographic Solutions, Inc.

Tests software releases across multiple projects, creates test cases and scripts, documents and tracks defects, assigns trouble tickets, and supports release notes. Collaborates with developers and database administrators to plan and execute testing, evaluates application functionality, recommends quality improvements, and reports issue-resolution progress to management.

Support Business Analyst team by documenting current systems, defining and translating business requirements into Agile requirements and system specs, coordinating stakeholders, developing test plans, validating interfaces, and assisting project delivery. Focus on workforce/unemployment systems and migrating legacy functionality to Geographic Solutions. Hybrid role requiring onsite presence.

Analyzes business and user needs for software interfaces, translates requirements into system specifications, documents processes, and coordinates clients, stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams. The role supports project planning, change orders, testing, issue resolution, status reporting, client training, and validation of application interfaces. Unemployment Insurance experience, SQL Server knowledge, database tracking, SDLC familiarity, and strong communication skills are important.
