Develop production schedules, monitor adherence, coordinate material procurement, issue purchase orders and manufacturing work orders, maintain inventory accuracy, process nonstandard orders, negotiate pricing, manage supplier returns, and lead supply chain improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Coordinates inside sales activities from quoting and order processing through delivery. Reviews inventory, expedites domestic and international orders, supports shipping and invoicing, maintains forecasts, prepares reports, and assists with ATF compliance. The role manages customer quotes, negotiates accounts, supports sales goals, recommends product enhancements, and develops activities to reduce stock while maintaining customer satisfaction and margins.

Manages sales activities for oil and gas services, supporting sales teams with technical information, proposals, pricing, and product knowledge. Develops new business through prospecting and networking while maintaining existing client relationships. Analyzes sales data, tracks activity, oversees reports and expenses for direct reports, and coordinates with regional sales and operations managers. The role requires oil and gas industry knowledge, presentation skills, travel, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to use Microsoft Office.
