Support and execute product and brand marketing campaigns, develop customer-segment collateral, coordinate events and trade shows, create content across blogs, email, and social, design collateral with Canva/Adobe, manage digital channels (email, web, paid social), and coordinate vendors and cross-functional stakeholders.

Manage small IT projects and coordinate streams for larger initiatives. Serve as Scrum Master for at least one team, maintain scope/schedule, communicate status, identify and escalate risks/issues, and apply project management methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban) while driving process improvements and stakeholder collaboration.

Provide in-house legal counsel on federal and state laws, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, review marketing and customer communications for compliance, conduct legal research, respond to audits, and support cross-functional business initiatives while monitoring regulatory changes.
