Translate business needs into clear data requirements, design and maintain curated integrated datasets, validate mappings and lineage, support data governance and quality, enable data products for reporting and analytics, and lead small data integration and process-improvement initiatives across business, analytics, and engineering teams.

Supports IT strategy, planning, performance management, and operating rhythms. Coordinates strategic initiatives, tracks milestones and risks, prepares dashboards and executive materials, manages cross-functional inputs, and follows up on decisions and commitments. The role also improves templates, workflows, reporting processes, and alignment with Finance, HR, and other teams.

Develops and manages quantitative credit risk, pricing, capital, exposure, and portfolio models for reinsurance transactions. Performs stochastic, scenario, sensitivity, and stress analyses; evaluates collateral performance, macroeconomic trends, ratings migration, and emerging risks. Partners with underwriting, finance, actuarial, risk, operations, IT, and leadership teams to translate model results into business recommendations. Documents assumptions, controls, limitations, and governance requirements, and presents decision-ready insights to senior stakeholders.
