Develop and test embedded software across the full software development lifecycle. Design architectures, algorithms, drivers, and features for cameras, SoCs, sensors, and chipsets. Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, product, software, and systems engineering teams. Perform debugging, verification, validation, code reviews, planning, compliance activities, and process improvements. Provide technical guidance to junior team members and support recruiting activities.

Improves manufacturing-line processes, equipment performance, yield, uptime, and process capability. Leads continuous improvement initiatives, resolves quality issues, supports 8D/RMA responses, develops team problem-solving skills, and collaborates across departments to meet customer requirements. The role also contributes to control plans, FMEAs, process flow charts, and assembly drawings while mentoring production support engineers.

Supports aerospace manufacturing through production process improvement, equipment optimization, continuous improvement, quality issue resolution, and process capability enhancement. Leads line-support initiatives, develops problem-solving capabilities, addresses 8D and RMA concerns, and assists with control plans, FMEAs, process flow charts, and assembly drawings. Requires collaboration across production and engineering teams, mentoring, production-floor involvement, and occasional vendor or customer travel.
