Leads CRM and lifecycle marketing programs across consumer and connected product brands. Develops customer journeys, marketing automation workflows, segmentation strategies, and multichannel campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging. Oversees campaign testing, deployment, optimization, reporting, and compliance with privacy regulations. Serves as a CRM technology subject matter expert, partnering cross-functionally to improve customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, personalization, and engagement.

Designs and improves industrial production systems through lean practices, process optimization, product launches, inventory control, cost analysis, quality improvement, ergonomic workstation design, and production data analysis. Maintains manufacturing documentation, including bills of materials, routings, control plans, FMEAs, process flows, and work standards. Collaborates with operations and launch teams to improve process stability, resolve quality issues, and implement new manufacturing processes.
