Provide in-person and phone customer service at the branch, promote products, enter and process orders, advise customers on product availability and deliveries, and perform general administrative support for the Branch Administrator.

Supervise a 22–30 person unionized paint line across three shifts, ensuring safe, efficient operations. Plan work, assign tasks, approve timesheets, coach staff, coordinate preventive maintenance, report metrics, enforce collective agreement and safety policies, and drive continuous improvement.
