Lead and manage design projects delivering wayfinding, environmental graphics, and brand activation. Coordinate production, ensure high-quality deliverables, conduct conceptual exploration, integrate brand strategy with spatial planning, mentor designers, present recommendations, and manage multiple projects from concept through production.

The Design Manager will oversee project teams, manage all project phases, develop client relationships, and ensure projects meet goals and budgets. Requires strong leadership and communication skills with 12+ years of relevant experience.
