Supports protein sciences R&D projects through experimental design, literature review, mammalian cell culture, protein production and purification, and biochemical and biophysical characterization. Maintains experimental records, reports, SOPs, and laboratory information systems while supporting inventory, safety, process development, technology transfer, and cross-functional collaboration with Production, QC, and OE teams.

Conducts biotechnology research experiments involving cell culture, protein purification, protein concentration testing, SDS-PAGE, Western blotting, endotoxin testing, HPLC, and LC-MS. Analyzes experimental data, documents results, supports multiple R&D projects, maintains laboratory hygiene and equipment, replenishes supplies, and follows safety protocols and SOPs.

Manages domestic and international logistics for clinical and commercial biotech products at a GMP facility. Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, customs clearance, brokers, import and export permits, tracking, shipping and receiving, records, freight invoices, and cross-functional scheduling. The role supports cold-chain biological-material logistics, maintains compliance with QMS, cGMP, SOP, and EHS requirements, and may require physical lifting, weekend work, holidays, and overtime.
