Manage CAPEX engineering projects in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment from planning through execution and closeout. Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and equipment procurement; track costs, risks, and schedule performance; support commissioning, qualification, and turnover; ensure GMP, safety, and change-control compliance; maintain project documentation and lead status meetings.

Support, maintain, and improve cGMP facility automation systems (PLC, DCS, SCADA) throughout lifecycle: troubleshooting, commissioning, validation (SDLC/CSV), documentation, and continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing technical leadership.
