Develop, test, and validate embedded software as part of an Agile/Scrum team migrating a dual-differentiation architecture to an RTOS-based platform. Deliver code meeting the Definition of Done, collaborate on story definition, sizing, and completeness. Work onsite daily in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Manage a portfolio of client-embedded software engineering teams (3–10 direct reports), lead client relationships, prioritize backlogs, ensure project documentation and budgets, produce executive summaries, coach staff, manage risks, and support hiring and onboarding.
