Finance Associate responsible for accounts receivable and payable data entry, employee expenses, invoicing, supplier payments, banking reconciliations, month-end schedules, journals, balance sheet reconciliations, audits, R&D tax credit data, and US and UK compliance. The role also supports management reporting, finance platform queries, and process improvements across multiple geographies and currencies.

Owns product delivery for a scientific genomics data and analytics platform. Translates strategic initiatives into scoped epics and features, defines requirements and success criteria, collaborates with scientists, data services, engineering, design, and research, and makes prioritization decisions throughout delivery. Requires strong genomic data fluency, including GWAS, p-values, effect sizes, population diversity, and statistical genetics workflows.

Lead reliability, performance, security and integrity of a petabyte-scale analytical data platform. Architect and operate multi-tenant ClickHouse/OLAP clusters, own SLOs, observability, capacity planning, incident response, Data-as-a-Service productisation, agent-ready data access, and multi-tenant security. Line-manage and mentor a small engineering team while remaining hands-on and setting technical direction.
