Lead a strategically important product area focused on trustworthy genomic data stewardship and participant relationships. Set product vision, strategy, OKRs, roadmaps, and priorities; lead discovery across complex, ambiguous problems; coordinate multidisciplinary teams and dependencies; balance user needs, feasibility, risk, and regulatory responsibilities; and influence senior stakeholders. Mentor product managers, strengthen product practice, and potentially line-manage one to two product professionals.

Own end-to-end delivery of technical workstreams across Developer Platform, Test Enablement, and SRE teams. Manage OKRs, roadmaps, risks, dependencies, governance, budgets, suppliers, and stakeholder communications. Partner with Product Managers and Service Owners to align delivery with business outcomes. The role also includes line management, technical governance, compliance oversight, and supporting continuous improvement across the Engineering and Delivery Chapters.

Manage and support key business applications, resolving tickets and serving as an escalation point for EUC and Service Desk teams. Responsibilities include application configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting, user assistance, documentation, training materials, improvement projects, process alignment, automation, and application optimization. The role requires Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Active Directory expertise, with desirable experience in Azure, Entra ID, IAM, and Conditional Access.
