Lead and manage architects across Scalable Tech to provide architectural oversight, governance, and direction for cloud and on-premise platforms. Shape enterprise architecture input, embed best practice, support delivery teams, promote reuse and technical excellence, and drive alignment across engineering, product and delivery stakeholders for large-scale genomics platforms.

Lead enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmaps across clinical, research, data, digital, and corporate capabilities. Define principles, standards, target architectures and transition plans; assess current-state, reduce duplication, and guide major initiatives. Influence senior stakeholders, establish governance, work with security, data, engineering and vendors, and promote reusable patterns to ensure coherent, sustainable technology outcomes.

Design, build and maintain Java-based automated test frameworks and suites (UI, API, integration, regression). Drive shift-left testing, create Gherkin test cases, ensure traceability, execute tests in CI/CD, investigate defects, manage test data, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve quality across the SDLC.
