Teams at GenLogs

Lead and mentor software engineers while driving architecture, code quality, delivery processes, deployment reliability, and technical excellence. Collaborate with product and design stakeholders on roadmaps and deliverables, provide hands-on technical guidance, mitigate project risks, and support hiring and team development. The role requires expertise in software engineering, scalable architectures, databases, APIs, distributed systems, DevOps, and high-performance applications within a remote, fast-paced environment.

Owns computer vision systems end to end, from roadside camera configuration and image quality through model development, edge inference, production deployment, monitoring, and customer outcomes. Builds detection, tracking, OCR, attribute extraction, embedding, and re-identification systems; optimizes pipelines for constrained edge hardware; investigates field failures; improves datasets and evaluation frameworks; and collaborates with engineering and field teams to deliver reliable roadside intelligence at scale.

Provide technical support to GenLogs users through email, chat, and Google Meet. Troubleshoot workflows, distinguish user errors from product bugs, manage customer database permissions, document and follow up on tickets, and collaborate with Engineering and Integrations teams. Support onboarding, training, office hours, and ongoing customer success while developing expertise in the platform, data, and APIs.
