Partners with Legal, Finance, PeopleTech, and HR Centers of Excellence on program execution and process changes. Identifies automation opportunities, improves workflows, maintains self-service resources, and tracks operational metrics.

Supports pharmacy-related cases by coordinating with pharmacies, processing pending approved medications, updating payer billing information, and maintaining records in Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role prioritizes escalations, meets productivity and quality metrics, follows healthcare regulations and company procedures, protects confidential information, and provides professional customer service while coordinating multiple tasks.

Processes purchase order and non-purchase order invoices, reviews employee expense reports, assigns accurate GL accounts and departments, resolves payment and processing inquiries, maintains vendor records, and supports month-end close activities. The role requires Accounts Payable experience, purchase order three-way matching knowledge, ERP familiarity, strong organization, communication, follow-through, and independent work capabilities.
