The IT Helpdesk Analyst provides frontline IT support, manages tickets, troubleshoots technical issues, and ensures service delivery across global operations.

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, payroll processing and statutory remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG). Ensure BIR tax compliance, coordinate with external accountants and agencies, prepare financial reports, and support office administration and vendor coordination in a startup environment.

Design, build, and support Talend and API-driven integrations across ERP, CRM, finance, and external partners. Develop RESTful APIs and file-based exchanges (SFTP/CSV), perform data mapping/transformation/validation, monitor operations, troubleshoot incidents, and contribute to migrating from legacy ETL to API-first integration architecture.
