Provides global frontline IT support by managing incidents and service requests, troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, connectivity, MFA, and enterprise application issues, and escalating tickets when needed. Handles access, software, hardware, onboarding, and offboarding requests while following ITIL, security, compliance, and SOP requirements. Collaborates with regional IT teams worldwide, supports documentation and knowledge-base improvements, and helps maintain consistent service delivery.

Supports the Legal Team with administrative and documentation-related tasks. The intern must be enrolled in a relevant degree program, complete the internship for academic credit or curriculum requirements, start immediately, and report onsite in Ortigas or Makati as needed.

Supports monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, accounts payable, audits, tax requests, procurement, purchase orders, vendor management, contract workflows, P2P activities, employee reimbursements, and process improvements. The role maintains vendor and procurement records, coordinates with suppliers and auditors, resolves purchasing issues, supports NetSuite uploads, and partners with cross-functional stakeholders to improve accounting and procurement operations.
