Administers federal grants and contracts from proposal development through award closeout. Reviews and negotiates agreements, interprets sponsor requirements, prepares budgets and application packages, submits reports and correspondence, maintains award documentation, and supports financial oversight. Serves as a liaison between sponsors, investigators, internal departments, and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with federal regulations and sponsor guidelines.

Supports government-contracted projects through financial planning, forecasting, cost control, contract administration, reporting, risk assessment, funding management, and closeout. Maintains accurate project records, analyzes labor and direct costs, prepares estimates at completion, validates vendor and subcontractor agreements, ensures compliance with government cost guidelines, communicates financial status to leadership and customers, and assists with audits.

The Project Manager coordinates a multi-site trauma and emergency care research initiative across 20 partner sites. Responsibilities include managing project deliverables, timelines, budgets, meetings, stakeholder communications, research documentation, data collection, reporting, software platform integration, regulatory submissions, and study logistics. The role supports the Principal Investigator, coordinates multidisciplinary teams, facilitates coalition activities, and ensures project goals, confidentiality, safety, and compliance requirements are met.
