Processes and reviews equipment finance contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with credit policies. Creates documentation, maintains digital and physical files, enters transaction data, coordinates with sales and credit teams, supports credit application processing, handles incoming calls, prepares correspondence, and contributes to process improvement projects.

Administer biweekly payroll, commissions, bonuses, PTO, FMLA, benefits, 401(k) programs, and employee records. Support recruitment, onboarding, exits, COBRA, compensation surveys, HR policies, performance reviews, employment compliance, labor law postings, and employee relations. Respond to payroll and benefits questions while coordinating with providers, brokers, legal counsel, and management. The role requires confidentiality, organization, communication, and attention to detail, with no supervisory responsibilities.

Supports the sales process through phone and email lead generation, market research, prospective customer support, and database management. The intern receives training and works closely with the sales team in a fast-paced professional environment.
