Performs manual and automated software testing for Edge OS and Cloudlink device-management features. Responsibilities include reviewing acceptance criteria, writing test plans, testing APIs, maintaining CI/CD test environments, identifying regressions, reporting defects, and improving QA tools and practices. The role works with IoT, embedded, cloud, and microservices technologies in an Agile development environment.

Provides post-sales technical support through phone, email, chat, and on-site services. Diagnoses hardware, software, networking, security system, and service outage issues; performs installations, deployments, maintenance, audits, training, and commissioning. Documents incidents, escalates critical problems, collaborates with R&D, supports customer relationships, and contributes to product requirements and knowledge-base content. The role is remote in South Korea and requires travel of up to 35%.
