Support global general accounting as an individual contributor: prepare and review complex journal entries, month-end close, reconciliations, account analysis, and reporting for cash, intercompany, fixed assets, and prepayments. Drive controls, SOX/audit support, process improvements and automation, coordinate with regional stakeholders, and provide technical guidance to junior analysts.

Lead strategic relationships with enterprise customers to drive adoption, value realization, retention and growth. Build executive relationships, create success plans, run Executive Business Reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and deliver CX outcomes. Coach other CSMs and promote advocacy and executive engagement.

Lead design and delivery of cloud-native, AI-enabled full stack applications on AWS. Build LLM-driven agentic AI, secure APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems. Establish engineering standards, CI/CD, observability, and troubleshoot production issues while working with cross-functional stakeholders and customers.
