Designs, develops, deploys, and supports intelligent automation solutions across IT and business operations. The role combines Python or JavaScript/TypeScript engineering, RPA maintenance, Playwright browser workflows, REST API integrations, and agentic AI frameworks. Responsibilities include translating business processes into automation architectures, integrating LLM platforms, monitoring execution metrics, establishing governance and support practices, and advancing legacy RPA toward measurable AI-native automation.

Manage and expand Genesys’ partner ecosystem across the Nordics by driving SaaS solution sales, recruiting strategic partners, developing joint business and marketing plans, enabling partner sales teams, managing pipelines and forecasts, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with direct sales and alliances teams. The role requires executive-level relationship building, complex sales-cycle leadership, revenue attainment, Swedish and English fluency, and travel up to 50%.

Design, build, operate and scale backend services for the Journey Data platform using Java/Spring Boot and AWS. Own end-to-end service lifecycle, implement event-driven and REST APIs, optimize performance, ensure resiliency in distributed microservices, apply multi-layered testing, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to production observability and incident response.
