The Staff Cloud Platform Engineer designs and implements AWS cloud platforms, defines standards, mentors engineers, and enhances reliability and performance of cloud environments through automation and best practices.

Lead end-to-end delivery and optimization of strategic global web initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Marketing, UX, SEO, Analytics, Engineering) to manage roadmaps, dependencies, governance, risks, launch readiness, and KPI-driven measurement. Apply Agile frameworks to improve predictability, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across website redesigns, platform enhancements, and campaign launches.

Develop and maintain automated GRC tooling and serverless evidence-collection systems on AWS. Build microservices, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and integrations; contribute AI-enhanced compliance features (using AWS Bedrock); implement IaC and containerized deployments; collaborate with audit and development teams to design, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot compliance automation solutions.
