The Career Navigator will mentor alumni transitioning from high school to college and workforce, providing guidance, support, and ensuring successful internship experiences.

Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate partners to retain and expand internship placements. Own relationship management, account operations (contracts, onboarding, invoicing), Salesforce CRM data, and cross-functional coordination. Represent the organization externally and support partner and intern success through strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
