Lead student recruitment and selection, design and manage training, internship, and alumni programs, coach program staff, build partner relationships, track and analyze program data and budgets, collaborate with national teams, and prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.

The Program Coordinator mentors and coaches high school students, teaches professional skills, monitors training and internship performance, and supports college and career planning. The role manages relationships with corporate supervisors and schools, recruits and selects students, maintains success metrics, facilitates student meetings, and addresses workplace or student issues. The coordinator also supports partner retention, student placement, and organizational initiatives such as communications, fundraising, curriculum development, and alumni programming.

Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate partners to retain and expand internship placements. Own relationship management, account operations (contracts, onboarding, invoicing), Salesforce CRM data, and cross-functional coordination. Represent the organization externally and support partner and intern success through strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
