Provide regional sales leadership for Corporate Partnerships across Central and West markets: manage and coach partnership staff, build pipelines, drive paid internship seats and earned revenue, oversee renewal and account growth strategies, codify best practices, support C-level engagement, and travel regionally to develop staff and partnerships.

Lead student recruitment and selection, design and manage training, internship, and alumni programs, coach program staff, build partner relationships, track and analyze program data and budgets, collaborate with national teams, and prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate partners to retain and expand internship placements. Own relationship management, account operations (contracts, onboarding, invoicing), Salesforce CRM data, and cross-functional coordination. Represent the organization externally and support partner and intern success through strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
