Own relationship management, account operations (contracts, onboarding, invoicing), Salesforce CRM data, and cross-functional coordination. Represent the organization externally and support partner and intern success through strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.

Manage a cohort of 25–30 interns, provide individualized coaching and workplace monitoring, deliver summer training and year-long career-readiness curriculum, build and maintain partner and school relationships, track and enter program data and timesheets, and support intern retention and post-secondary planning.
