Manages daily accounts receivable activities, including customer and project billing, payment application, collections, account reconciliations, aging schedules, customer communications, and record maintenance. Supports cash reporting, banking activities, month-end and year-end close, audits, forecasting, and process improvements. Collaborates with customers, project teams, and accounting staff to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records.

Manage and execute customer and project documentation: coordinate requirements with engineers, PMs, and sales; maintain customer specifications; train staff; coordinate subcontracted documentation; and assist with mechanical CAD design and detailing using Autodesk tools.

Client-facing leader responsible for growing accounts and delivering complex capital equipment and systems-integration projects from opportunity through installation and start-up. Combines technical sales, solution development, commercial leadership, and hands-on project management to ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, Payroll, GL, treasury, and fixed assets. Supervise and develop staff, coordinate monthly and year-end close, prepare audit and tax support, maintain procedures, monitor KPIs, and provide backup for all accounting functions.
