Build relationships with purchasing, operations, and product development decision-makers; manage opportunities from prospecting through closing; develop territory strategies, forecasts, and pipelines; identify customer needs and coordinate with internal teams to deliver component solutions. Regularly represent Genesis through customer visits, industry events, and trade shows.

Designs and develops cabinetry and wood-based RV components from concept through production. Responsibilities include creating 3D CAD models and 2D drawings, developing CNC tool paths, building prototypes, supporting manufacturing, evaluating engineering changes, inspecting finished components, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams. The role requires hands-on product engineering experience in wood-based manufacturing and continuous improvement.
