Coordinate the end-to-end recruiting process, including interview scheduling, candidate visits, travel logistics, onboarding support, communications, and confidential data management. The role partners with executive assistants and hiring teams, uses Ashby and other recruiting tools, responds to inquiries, and improves talent acquisition processes. This is a six-month, 20-hour-per-week contract with potential extension.

Support commercial strategy and execution for AI-enabled pipeline programs through market analysis, primary and secondary research, competitive monitoring, input into target product profiles and clinical plans, and cross-functional collaboration. Report to Director of New Product Planning. Based in San Diego; travel ~10%.
