Lead a multidisciplinary Product Engineering team building an agentic drug-discovery platform. Balance recruiting, roadmap planning, people leadership, and hands-on technical contribution (architecture, system design, and production code). Partner with product, design, ML, and scientific teams to deliver scalable, reliable, AI-integrated user-facing features, establish engineering processes, and grow the organization.

Develop and apply methods at the intersection of 3D molecular simulation and ML: build geometric and equivariant ML models, integrate physics-based and data-driven approaches, design and run MD and enhanced sampling simulations, perform free energy calculations, improve generative and scoring capabilities on the GEMS platform, and collaborate with CADD and discovery teams to advance drug discovery.

The role involves leading engineering efforts for ML infrastructure, optimizing distributed training, and enhancing AI platform efficiency in drug discovery.
