Serves as a strategic HR advisor to managers and employees, supporting recruitment, onboarding, benefits, training, employee and labor relations, compliance, compensation, and policy administration. Conducts employment verifications, background checks, orientations, exit interviews, and temporary staffing processes. Tracks workforce trends, recommends performance improvements, supports negotiations and grievance hearings, and advises leadership on HR best practices and employment law. The position is hybrid Monday through Friday, with on-site attendance during probation.

The Senior BCBA conducts functional behavior assessments, develops and monitors behavioral interventions, trains staff and families, and adjusts treatment based on client response and treatment integrity. The role supports adults and children with significant or complex behavioral challenges across homes, residential settings, community, and center-based environments. Responsibilities include consulting with interdisciplinary teams, overseeing direct-care and technician staff, providing direct intervention or modeling as needed, and supporting clients across various shifts and settings.

Facilitates individualized Wraparound Plans for children and families affected by serious emotional disturbance. Coordinates Child and Family Teams, clinical treatments, community resources, schools, DHS, Family Court, and other agencies. Provides services primarily in homes and community settings, completes CAFAS/PECFAS assessments, and supports children’s successful functioning. Requires Michigan social work licensure, clinical experience, Wraparound training, a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and access to a vehicle.
