Assists with information systems operations, application software administration, database support, report and dashboard creation and maintenance, and analytics under the direction of the Application Support Manager. Performs related administrative and coordination duties and supports agency information systems. The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, mathematics, operations research, software engineering, or another quantitative field.
