Serves as a strategic HR advisor to managers and employees, supporting recruitment, onboarding, benefits, training, employee and labor relations, compliance, compensation, and policy administration. Conducts employment verifications, background checks, orientations, exit interviews, and temporary staffing processes. Tracks workforce trends, recommends performance improvements, supports negotiations and grievance hearings, and advises leadership on HR best practices and employment law. The position is hybrid Monday through Friday, with on-site attendance during probation.

The Senior BCBA conducts functional behavior assessments, develops and monitors behavioral interventions, trains staff and families, and adjusts treatment based on client response and treatment integrity. The role supports adults and children with significant or complex behavioral challenges across homes, residential settings, community, and center-based environments. Responsibilities include consulting with interdisciplinary teams, overseeing direct-care and technician staff, providing direct intervention or modeling as needed, and supporting clients across various shifts and settings.

Facilitates individualized Wraparound Plans for children and families affected by serious emotional disturbance. Coordinates Child and Family Teams, clinical treatments, community resources, schools, DHS, Family Court, and other agencies. Provides services primarily in homes and community settings, completes CAFAS/PECFAS assessments, and supports children’s successful functioning. Requires Michigan social work licensure, clinical experience, Wraparound training, a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and access to a vehicle.

Provides intensive, comprehensive off-site clinical services to adults with severe mental illness through an Assertive Community Treatment team. Responsibilities include direct client intervention, emergency on-call coverage, coordination with hospitals, courts, police, families, and community agencies, information sharing, consultation, and teamwork. The role requires independent field work, frequent community-based client contact, and use of a personal vehicle during work hours.

Supervises outpatient behavioral health services at CCIS and Grand Blanc, overseeing clinical staff and ensuring quality care for adults and children with mental illness, developmental disabilities, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. Provides or coordinates clinical supervision, supports evidence-based practices, maintains payer and regulatory qualifications, and may work evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role requires maintaining professional credentials, child mental health qualifications, and transportation for work-related duties.

Provides assessment, treatment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and therapeutic services for children with intellectual/developmental disabilities or mental illness. Conducts biopsychosocial evaluations and intake assessments; coordinates admissions, treatment, discharge, after-care, and wraparound services; consults with community agencies; supports stabilization, placement, and home-based services. Requires maintaining professional licensure, Child Mental Health Professional qualifications, and a valid driver’s license with vehicle access.

Provides intensive, comprehensive off-site clinical services to adults with severe mental illness through an Assertive Community Treatment program. Responsibilities include emergency interventions, client assessment, care coordination, liaison work with hospitals, courts, police, families, and community agencies, information sharing, and teamwork. The role includes on-call coverage, home and community visits, independent work, and mileage-supported travel.
