Provide advanced 24/7 application support for production WMS environments. Analyze and resolve incidents, prioritize and document client requests, support deployments and production testing, monitor system performance, investigate anomalies, assess application changes, and recommend technical solutions. The role also maintains technical documentation, trains users, supports new functionality, and contributes to continuous improvement.

Serves as the sole HR representative for the Cluj office, managing employee administration, onboarding, HR policies, labor-law compliance, HR data, engagement initiatives, and HR projects. Manages full-cycle recruitment for technology roles in Romania, including sourcing, interviewing, selection coordination, offers, onboarding support, recruitment KPIs, and candidate experience.

Perform quarterly Group IFRS consolidation, define accounting policies and financial frameworks, monitor intercompany transactions and transfer pricing, ensure consolidated data quality, prepare statutory reporting for stakeholders, coordinate with external auditors, document sensitive accounting positions, and analyze Group financial indicators. Fluency in French and English and strong financial reporting expertise are required.
