Supports financial administration of customer projects, including project setup, budget and margin monitoring, invoicing preparation, revenue tracking, reconciliations, reporting, monthly close activities, data quality, and process improvement. Works with Finance, Professional Services, and Project Managers to resolve billing and project-data issues in an international SaaS environment.

Analyze and optimize clients’ supply chain processes during Generix solution implementations. Define functional and technical requirements, configure and customize software, conduct application and interface testing, document implementations, support project teams and clients, deliver demonstrations and user training, and contribute to continuous improvement. The role requires expertise in logistics systems, ERP platforms, transportation management software, bilingual communication, and approximately 30% travel across North America.

Develop and maintain Flutter mobile applications for iOS and Android, along with .NET and ASP.NET web applications. Responsibilities include integrating REST APIs and third-party services, improving performance and user experience, troubleshooting Level 2/3 issues, participating in code reviews and testing, and collaborating with development, support, and production teams in an Agile environment.
