Develop and maintain Flutter mobile applications for iOS and Android, along with .NET and ASP.NET web applications. Provides advanced 24/7 application support for production WMS systems. Responsibilities include resolving incidents, prioritizing and documenting client requests, supporting deployments and production testing, analyzing functional needs, monitoring performance, investigating anomalies, assessing change impacts, maintaining technical documentation, and training users. The role requires WMS experience, supply chain knowledge, Java code and log debugging skills, and proficiency in French or English.

Serves as the sole HR representative for the Cluj office, managing employee administration, onboarding, HR policies, labor-law compliance, HR data, engagement initiatives, and HR projects. Manages full-cycle recruitment for technology roles in Romania, including sourcing, interviewing, selection coordination, offers, onboarding support, recruitment KPIs, and candidate experience.
