Provides front-desk reception and supply-clerk support in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities include managing calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, checking in service recipients, coordinating records and insurance verification, collecting paperwork, handling mail, deposits, petty cash, postage, receipts, and statistical reports. The role supports medical records and providers, communicates with members and families, maintains confidentiality, and performs general office equipment and administrative duties.

Provide non-clinical support to nursing staff and residents in a long-term care facility: make beds, clean and sanitize equipment and personal items, replenish supplies, empty trash, deliver mail, assist with family visits and transport residents to activities, answer call lights for non-care tasks, and participate in process improvement and special projects. Role does not provide direct resident care.
