Provide direct care to clients in a residential mental health facility: assist with ADLs, take vitals, execute service plans, prepare and serve meals, maintain infection control and documentation, monitor and report client condition, supervise medication administration, and ensure client safety and dignity.

Provide non-clinical support to nursing staff and residents in a long-term care facility: make beds, clean and sanitize equipment and personal items, replenish supplies, empty trash, deliver mail, assist with family visits and transport residents to activities, answer call lights for non-care tasks, and participate in process improvement and special projects. Role does not provide direct resident care.

Provide direct care to residents in a housing/health facility: assist with ADLs, observe and document vitals and intake, prepare and serve meals per diet plans, maintain infection control and hygiene, administer and document medications, ensure safety and dignity, and support rehabilitation and housekeeping tasks.
