Leads day-to-day clinical support operations for a community health center, overseeing staffing, workflows, patient flow, clinician support, resource utilization, operational performance, employee development, and compliance with clinical standards. Collaborates with nursing, medical, practice, and organizational leaders to improve quality, safety, access, and patient-centered care.

Manage back-office patient revenue cycle tasks: post and reconcile insurance payments, ensure services are billed correctly, perform collections and account adjustments per policy, and support financial/reporting tasks while following coding and HIPAA guidelines.
