Manage front-of-house daily operations including opening/closing, staff supervision and training, guest service and complaint resolution, event and league coordination, inventory and POS optimization, coffee bar and game room oversight, facilities maintenance, budgeting and purchasing support, and in-house sales/marketing initiatives.

Provide HR and general administrative support including onboarding, attendance and payroll assistance, scheduling, benefits verification, event coordination, purchasing and inventory, phone/email customer support, reporting, and maintaining records and emergency documentation to keep daily operations running smoothly.
