Generate Capital Benefits Overview

Supports compensation strategy, benchmarking, annual planning, budgets, equity administration, employee communications, HRIS data management, reporting, payroll reconciliation, benefits administration, and immigration case coordination. Partners with Finance, Legal, Talent, leaders, consultants, and external benefits and immigration providers while maintaining confidential employee data and improving people systems and processes.

Senior Paralegal supporting the legal department with NDA intake, commercial contract review, corporate governance documents, entity records, contract repositories, and legal process improvements. The role independently manages multiple matters, tracks deadlines and renewals, escalates nonstandard issues, and partners with investment, finance, operations, and other business teams.

Supports technical accounting through contract reviews, accounting analyses, policy development, memorandums, financial statement reviews, and collaboration with auditors and advisors. Provides accounting diligence and transaction support for acquisitions, divestitures, purchase accounting, financing arrangements, and integrations. Partners with cross-functional teams and contributes to training, special projects, and scalable accounting processes.
