Generate Capital Benefits Overview

The Assistant Project Manager will support project onboarding within the Community Solar portfolio, oversee contractors, manage stakeholders, track budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining organized documentation.

Senior corporate counsel responsible for governance, stockholder and capitalization matters, M&A, strategic investments, joint ventures, restructurings, asset sales, and corporate financing transactions. The role advises executives and cross-functional leaders, manages outside counsel, improves legal processes and approval frameworks, and independently drives complex matters from structuring through closing.

Develops portfolio analytics, financial models, valuations, forecasts, dashboards, and strategic planning insights. Improves scalable data and reporting processes, maintains corporate and business models, analyzes financial risk and performance, and communicates findings to senior stakeholders. Partners with FP&A, Asset Management, Technology, Investor Relations, and other teams while using AI and analytical tools to support diligence and business priorities.
