Generate Capital Benefits Overview

Supports investor relations operations, including shareholder reporting, cap table and investor data management, financial reporting packages, compliance and ESG reporting, investor transfers, voting events, and due diligence requests. Coordinates investor communications, reporting obligations, and the annual Investor Day while partnering with Finance, Legal, Accounting, Investments, Strategy, and external counsel. Improves recurring workflows through data-quality initiatives, AI, and automation.

Own the company’s IT infrastructure, including Azure, Microsoft 365, identity, endpoints, cybersecurity controls, office networks, and business applications. Manage vendors and an outsourced support partner, serve as a Tier 3 escalation point, oversee infrastructure strategy and budget, support audits, automate routine tasks with PowerShell, and maintain systems documentation. This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring broad ownership across cloud, systems, networking, security, and IT operations.

Supports compensation strategy, benchmarking, annual planning, budgets, equity administration, employee communications, HRIS data management, reporting, payroll reconciliation, benefits administration, and immigration case coordination. Partners with Finance, Legal, Talent, leaders, consultants, and external benefits and immigration providers while maintaining confidential employee data and improving people systems and processes.
