Coordinates implementation and daily operations for CANZA’s agricultural sustainability marketplace and MMRV initiatives. Responsibilities include researching regenerative agriculture and environmental markets, developing tools and recommendations, testing digital functionality, maintaining project documentation, preparing reports and proposals, organizing stakeholder meetings, tracking timelines and dependencies, and supporting cross-functional project execution. The role requires strong agrifood sustainability knowledge, research and data interpretation skills, project coordination experience, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Leads Generate Canada’s external relations strategy across thought leadership, government engagement, partnerships, and resource mobilization. Builds relationships with funders, policymakers, corporations, foundations, academics, and NGOs; develops engagement systems, briefing materials, proposals, and stewardship programs; monitors policy developments; represents the organization publicly; and amplifies insights from its Solution Spaces. The role reports to the President and CEO and supports organizational positioning, influence, and impact across Canada.
