Teams at General Robotics

Lead multiple customer projects on the GRID platform from kickoff through deployment and handover. Partner with engineering and research teams to define technical scope, assess feasibility, manage risks, establish success criteria, and resolve blockers. Serve as the primary customer contact, lead technical discussions, provide project updates, and translate field feedback into product roadmap inputs. The role requires familiarity with machine learning, robotics, software systems, and related development tools.

Lead General Robotics’ social media strategy and day-to-day content across X, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create videos, carousels, diagrams, benchmark charts, and written content that explain robotics and AI. Manage community engagement, founders’ voice programs, creative agencies, channel calendars, reporting, and growth experiments. Collaborate with engineering, research, sales, customers, and executives to build the company’s brand and influence in the physical AI community.

Develop and deploy reinforcement learning and imitation learning policies for whole-body humanoid locomotion and manipulation. Build high-fidelity simulation environments, improve sim-to-real transfer, conduct experiments, evaluate models, write reusable code, contribute to publications, and deliver policies to production customer sites. The role spans robotics research, computer vision, model development, and end-to-end deployment.
