Inspect, grade, and document produce quality; verify incoming and returned merchandise; report discrepancies; manage quarantine, release, and traceability procedures; maintain product data in WMS and Produce Pro; and support food safety, storage compliance, corrective actions, and warehouse operations in a refrigerated environment.

Develops new business in the Bakersfield/Fresno region through in-person customer engagement, account prospecting, product and pricing support, and territory relationship building. The role responds to customer inquiries, recommends products and substitutions, monitors market conditions, and grows profitable wholesale produce accounts. This is a full-time field-oriented sales position requiring strong communication, reliability, time management, and a valid California driver license.

Develop new business in the Chico region through in-person customer interactions, territory growth, account prospecting, and relationship building. Respond to customer inquiries about products, pricing, and delivery schedules; recommend products and substitutions based on customer needs; and maintain knowledge of available produce, market conditions, and customer feedback. This full-time role requires sales experience, strong communication, reliable time management, and a valid California driver license.

Pick, inspect, label, weigh, and palletize customer produce orders in a refrigerated warehouse. Operate material-handling equipment (handcarts, pallet jacks, forklifts), ensure quality and inventory accuracy, and work four days per week (3PM start) in a fast-paced, physical team environment.
