Leads data projects from requirements through release, building Python and SQL pipelines, integrating and validating market data, automating processes, and supporting daily price assessments. Reviews code and data quality, develops assessment algorithms, resolves operational issues, and mentors analysts. Acts as a bridge between Data and Index teams while applying commodity market knowledge and AI coding tools to improve team productivity and reliability.

Analyzes product usage and user behavior to guide product decisions, improve customer experience, and identify feature opportunities. Builds dashboards, reports, and data models; defines and tracks success metrics; conducts customer research; and partners with Data and Engineering on analytics infrastructure. Translates data into recommendations for technical, commercial, and senior stakeholders, supports pricing and market positioning, and integrates AI into daily workflows.

The Business Analyst gathers and manages requirements, translates business needs into user stories and specifications, facilitates discovery and prioritization, and maintains agile backlogs. The role analyzes customer, usage, and market data; builds dashboards, models, and reports; validates hypotheses; identifies data-quality issues; and develops AI-enabled workflow improvements. The analyst collaborates with product, engineering, research, data, sales, and commercial stakeholders to support platform enhancements and identify business opportunities.
