Develops and implements quality-control, testing, inspection, and process-improvement methods to ensure products meet standards and function as designed. Performs product testing, audits production processes and suppliers, analyzes defects, conducts root-cause investigations, and recommends corrective actions. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and supplier representatives to mitigate quality risks and improve supplier performance. May ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and lead projects or ongoing quality objectives.

Leads corporate programs from initiation through completion, overseeing planning, budgeting, staffing, performance, compliance, and reporting. Directs program management staff, manages P&L responsibility, coordinates cross-functional projects, recommends schedule and resource changes, and presents status updates to senior leadership. Provides management direction, develops program processes and policies, supports hiring and performance actions, and contributes to functional strategy. The role requires up to 25% travel and leadership across organizational programs.

Performs nondestructive testing using ultrasonic, radiographic, and related techniques to evaluate materials and components. Sets up and calibrates equipment, interprets results, documents findings, develops testing procedures, conducts system checks, identifies equipment defects, and trains personnel in NDT disciplines. Maintains compliance documentation and supports acceptance or rejection decisions under applicable standards.
