Leads corporate projects from initiation through completion, including planning, budgeting, staffing, scheduling, performance tracking, reporting, compliance, and stakeholder management. Manages project management staff, oversees multiple sub-projects, evaluates effectiveness using performance metrics, and provides guidance to senior leadership. The role includes P&L responsibility, personnel management, and up to 25% travel.

Develops sourcing strategies, evaluates and pre-qualifies suppliers, issues RFPs and RFQs, analyzes bids, recommends vendors, negotiates contracts, and ensures procurement compliance. May oversee purchase orders and invoice payments. The role requires procurement experience, business judgment, analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Leads aerodynamic research, design, and development for precision-guided projectiles. Performs CFD analysis, aerodynamic trade studies, model and database development, wind-tunnel support, parametric optimization, and workflow improvements. Collaborates with manufacturing and design teams to optimize products for manufacturability, validates designs, prepares technical documentation, tracks project scope and budgets, and communicates research findings.
