Leads complex international aircraft-system subcontracts across pre- and post-award phases. Responsibilities include supplier identification, RFP and SOW development, bid evaluation, negotiations, cost and schedule management, risk and change control, technical integration, quality and airworthiness oversight, corrective action planning, and subcontractor relationship management. Coordinates with engineering, supply chain, commercial, quality, configuration management, customers, and program leadership to ensure successful delivery and aircraft-level integration.

Lead the development, architecture, integration, testing, validation, and technical documentation of vehicle-mounted communications systems. Conduct trade studies, manage requirements and configuration, coordinate laboratory and prototype vehicle testing, ensure compliance with military and quality standards, and support inspections, retrofits, field modifications, and customer engagements. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams.

Leads quality assurance for aerospace and defense engineering and software projects. Responsibilities include developing QA plans, conducting audits, managing nonconformances and corrective actions, supporting configuration and design reviews, monitoring testing, leading investigations and continuous improvement, analyzing quality data, and reporting metrics. The role interfaces with government and customer quality authorities and ensures compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, contractual, and airworthiness standards.
