Support deployment and operations of an on-premises hybrid environment centered on Kubernetes and motion imagery software. Provide DevOps and systems engineering expertise, including scripting, Linux administration, source and artifact management, automation, packaging, DevSecOps, configuration management, container security, Kubernetes cluster administration, Helm deployments, networking, Apache Kafka, and Elastic Stack. The role is onsite at a customer location in the Herndon, Virginia area and requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Manages program-wide workforce planning, capacity, staffing, training, MVI scheduling, surge support, and resource reallocation across six task orders. Partners with PMO, Agile, technical, HR, and security teams to maintain staffing rosters, forecast demand, track utilization and training, coordinate schedules, and improve resource-management processes and tools. Provides reporting, identifies staffing risks, and supports strategic initiatives in a classified Agile development environment.

Maintain and enhance secure enterprise network services for a federal customer. Troubleshoot incidents, implement network changes, support Cisco ISE and DNA Center, configure VLANs, routing, ACLs, firewalls, VPNs, and segmentation, and assist with network design, equipment deployment, cabling, fiber infrastructure, and wireless troubleshooting. The role requires strong networking fundamentals, Security+ and CCNA certifications, TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, and onsite work in Newington, Virginia.
