Design and lead development of instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid software training. Collaborate with SMEs and agencies to create ADDIE-based curricula, ensure Section 508 compliance, produce webinars, web-based training, user guides and online help, and evaluate training effectiveness for USPS implementations.

Design, build, and operate scalable end-to-end data pipelines and curated data products to support enterprise analytics and agentic AI. Integrate structured and unstructured sources, deliver APIs and retrieval/indexing for AI agents, implement data quality, observability, and governance, and optimize storage, compute, orchestration, and serving layers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Lead delivery of large IT operations and support programs: manage customer relationships, oversee teams and subcontractors, ensure quality and profitability, perform financial management, and enforce compliance with industry methodologies (Agile, DevSecOps, ITIL).
