Develops and delivers training, qualification programs, and HSEEP-based exercises for a DHS national cyber operations center. Conducts needs assessments, creates accessible curricula and job aids, coordinates 24/7 training, tracks certifications and readiness, evaluates proficiency, and produces after-action reports and improvement plans. Supports cyber and critical infrastructure scenarios, surge enablement, continuity operations, procedure refinement, knowledge transfer, and compliance with security, governance, and accessibility requirements.
