Lead and perform systems administration for Windows and UNIX environments supporting Army intelligence. Manage domains and user permissions, implement disaster recovery, install/configure OS and applications, administer client/server/storage/network devices, provide Tier 1/2 support and troubleshooting, and integrate/migrate new technologies while ensuring policy compliance.

Lead cybersecurity operations for a large DoD program: oversee RMF/eMASS processes, continuous monitoring, vulnerability management, audits (ST&V/CVA/CCRI), policy and ATO support, risk assessments, remediation guidance, and mentor technical staff while coordinating with government leadership and partner agencies.

Serve as the lead subcontracts administrator supporting the subcontract lifecycle: NDAs, teaming agreements, proposals, negotiations, purchase orders, and closeout. Advise stakeholders on subcontract requirements, ensure compliant audit files, coordinate capture/pricing strategy, and provide guidance to junior staff while liaising with program teams to resolve contracting issues.
