Administer and maintain enterprise MECM/SCCM infrastructure to ensure endpoint health, patch compliance, software and OS deployment, security (DISA STIGs), and disaster recovery. Provide advanced troubleshooting, software packaging, performance tuning, documentation, mentorship, and cross-team coordination in a mission-critical DoD environment supporting USCENTCOM.

Serve as Product Owner for CMS programs: collaborate with stakeholders, own and prioritize backlog, translate policy and data rules into user stories with acceptance criteria, guide Agile development, support demos/reports, handle complex helpdesk cases, and deliver documentation and training materials.

Provide Tier 1/2 systems administration and support for desktop, server, storage, and networked devices. Install, upgrade, and optimize UNIX and Windows operating systems and applications, perform backups and audits, troubleshoot complex issues, integrate new technologies, and maintain documentation while supporting mission-critical Army Intelligence systems on-site.
