Provides administrative support for workers’ compensation claim setup and ongoing administration. Completes state and federal forms, enters authorized medical and indemnity payments into claim systems, and communicates with employees, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, communication, and high-volume data-entry skills.

Supervise manufacturing technicians supporting submarine alteration, maintenance, and modernization work. Provide daily direction and technical assistance to multidisciplinary crews, ensure compliance with ship drawings, work procedures, company policies, SUBSAFE, and applicable submarine processes. Oversee safety, quality, cost, schedule, continuous improvement, manufacturing paperwork, work orders, and technical documentation. The role requires strong electrical systems knowledge, supervisory skills, technical drawing interpretation, security clearance, and willingness to travel for extended off-site assignments.

Develops test procedures and leads qualification testing for electrical systems and components on Columbia-class submarines. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, construction support, technical documentation, system interface management, 3D model support, subcontractor oversight, customer approvals, and shipyard testing. The role also mentors junior engineers and supports time-critical troubleshooting while ensuring requirements, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.
