Manage and grow existing customer accounts while pursuing new business opportunities for IT solutions and professional services. Responsibilities include prospecting, developing sales strategies, creating proposals, presenting to customers, facilitating demonstrations, closing deals, managing accounts throughout the sales lifecycle, renewing business, and exceeding revenue and margin quotas. The role partners with sales, service delivery, legal, finance, and HR teams to meet customer expectations and maintain trusted client relationships.

Performs day-to-day accounting activities including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, P&L and balance sheet analysis, audit support, and management reporting. The role also supports process standardization, ad hoc analysis, and special accounting projects.
