Leads comprehensive fundraising and development strategies, including donor cultivation, stewardship, grant writing and management, campaigns, digital engagement, budgeting, reporting, and committee coordination. Builds relationships with donors and funding partners, ensures grant compliance, analyzes fundraising performance, and recommends improvements aligned with organizational goals and the United Methodist Church’s Social Principles.
