The Director will lead accounting activities, manage accounts receivable, support finance transformation, and mentor junior staff.

The Analyst will support investment processes, including financial modeling, investment due diligence, drafting reports, and conducting industry research to identify growth opportunities.

Manage firm- and fund-level financing facilities, negotiate and execute financing transactions, ensure covenant compliance, analyze liquidity and cash forecasts, execute FX transactions and hedges, monitor interest rate and FX risk, maintain banking relationships, and support treasury process improvements and strategic capital structure initiatives.
