Supports General Atlantic’s China Investment team through financial modeling, investment due diligence, industry research, investment memorandum preparation, and portfolio company value creation. The Analyst researches investment themes and targets, conducts proprietary research with industry contacts, and presents findings to the Investment Committee. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, complex financial modeling, Mandarin and English fluency, analytical judgment, and collaboration with senior executives and global colleagues.

Supports portfolio financial planning, data collection, performance and returns analysis, risk assessment, reporting, and senior-level decision support across portfolio companies. Collaborates with investment, finance, legal, marketing, and other teams; prepares leadership presentations; improves analytical processes; and applies AI tools to automate reporting, research, and data synthesis.

Leads end-to-end lateral recruiting across EMEA and Asia Pacific for General Atlantic and Actis. Builds direct sourcing, talent mapping, internal mobility, referral, and early-career recruiting strategies. Partners with regional leaders and HRBPs, advises on talent markets, improves recruiting processes and analytics, maintains ATS and HR data integrity, and tracks funnel, sourcing, agency, quality, speed, and cost metrics while ensuring compliance and a consistent candidate experience.
