Responsibilities include learning discovery, curriculum and instructional design, AI-enabled activities, labs, assessments, facilitator resources, stakeholder and SME management, project delivery, instructor enablement, localization, learning-impact analysis, and reusable product development. The role requires translating technical and AI concepts into accessible, outcome-driven workplace learning experiences for diverse audiences.

Design and lead scalable, practical learning programs for enterprise, technical, and professional audiences. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, defining outcomes, developing instructor-led materials, creating AI-enabled labs and activities, managing SMEs and vendors, enabling instructors, tailoring programs for clients, analyzing learning impact, and productizing reusable curriculum components.
