Develops strategic partnerships across Bahrain and the GCC, tracks graduate and program outcomes, analyzes KPIs, maintains dashboards, coordinates employer and networking events, supports job matching and career counseling, and provides administrative assistance. The role requires relationship management, bilingual communication, data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge of technology-sector workforce needs. This is a one-year, on-site contract restricted to Bahraini nationals.

Drive enterprise revenue growth through new business development, strategic territory and account planning, complex sales cycles, RFPs, proposals, negotiations, and executive relationship management. Partner with Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Delivery teams to close deals, maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline, and provide customer-informed product input.

Designs and manages instructor-led and virtual learning programs for enterprise, technical, and professional audiences. Responsibilities include client discovery, learning outcomes, curriculum and activity development, AI-enabled learning experiences, facilitator and learner materials, stakeholder and vendor coordination, instructor enablement, quality assurance, program timelines, and productization of reusable learning components. The role requires applying adult learning principles, translating complex technical concepts, using workplace AI tools, and adapting programs to client and learner needs.
